Drip Cafe is back, and is under new management!

After months of preparation, the team is proud to present the new Drip Cafe Philippines— ready to serve and welcome their customers with utmost pleasure. Last December 4, the cafe successfully launched their soft opening to which Dear Chubby had the privilege to attend.

INTERIOR

Fully re-furnished— Drip Cafe speaks industrial design. The interior is a mix of neutral wonders: bare concrete wall complemented by white walls, achieving a clean, minimal look. Adding warmth to the already cozy space is the natural color of the reclaimed wood tables and wood flooring. The use of pastel colors and soft furnishing brightens up the area even more! Indeed, this cafe is instagram-worthy from left to right.

FOOD

Sandwiches.

Drip Cafe serves a variety of sandwiches. During the launch, we tried three of their most recommended: (1) Basil Pesto Grilled Cheese (160php), (2) Truffle and Portobello Mushroom Grilled Cheese (180php) , and the (3) Roast Beef Grilled Cheese (200 php). All of which, tastes absolutely delicious! All comes with different dips too!

Other Sandwich choices:

Tuna Club Sandwich - 150php

Roasted Vegetable Sandwich - 170 php

3 Cheese Grilled Sandwich-150php

Rice Meals

Yes my fellow rice lovers, they serve rice meals! They have (1) Chicken Salpicao, (2) Honey Glazed Porkloin, and (3) Pork Schnitzel with Mushroom Gravy, all at the price range of 240 php. Great deal, right?

They also serve (1) Classic Tapa Garlic Rice and (2) Crispy Bangus Garlic Rice for their All Day Breakfast menu.

Pasta

One can never go wrong with pasta, especially with Drip Cafe's Creamy Chicken Alfredo (240php) ! (my personal favorite ♥). And to all red-sauce pasta lovers, worry not, because they also serve Penne All'Arrabiatta!

Salad

For the salads, Drip Cafe offers 2 choices: The Chicken Apple & Walnut Salad (200php) and the Classic Caesars Salad with Bacon Stips (180php).

Beverage

Drip Cafe's signature drink— Hot Chocolate coffee with marshmallows. If you're planning on #drippingby, this is a definite MUST order. The best way to drink this heaven-sent coffee is by waiting for the marshmallow to melt. The melted sweetness of the marshmallow creates balance with the natural bitterness of the drink creating absolute perfection. I am honestly not into bitter drinks, but this drink changed my ways.

Dessert

The essential part of any cafe's menu. Treat your taste buds the best desserts served by Drip Cafe Philippines. The cafe serves a variety of pies and cakes that will satisfy your sweet tooth a hundred percent. With their generous serving, their dessert is worth every peso!

My experience at the cafe is definitely one for the books and I will surely come back to try their other menu. Honestly, I am a South kid and I am more than will to cross over North to visit DripCafe anytime ♥
