Sigsaga Yakiniku Buffet

Knowing how Filipinos love to eat, just hearing the word "unlimited" tingles them with joy! And I have to confess, I am a huge fan as well! haha

Being one of the trendiest go-to buffets in the Philippines - A lot of foodchains serving unlimited samgyup or yakiniku have been showing up, each of them adding there own twist to their menu.

Last Saturday, October 20, 2018, I came across Sigsaga Yakiniku Buffet, a Korean-Japanese restaurant that offers unlimited samgyup and yakiniku with bottomless drinks. They had their re-launch wherein they introduced their new menu - unlimited shrimp, squid and many more!

Sigsaga Yakiniku buffet is a self-service dining set-up wherein the customers go to the buffet table to get their meat. This is actually quite unique since mosts unli samgyup restos serve meat upon re-order. On the sidenote, their seafood (shirmp, salmon and squid) is upon order since not all customers pay for the unlimited seafood, I really like their service, the staffs were quick on their feet during order taking. Oh, the owner is very warm and accommodating as well!

The best part of this unlimited samgyup experience is that you can enjoy their unlimited samgyupsal and yakiniku buffet for as low as 299php! Now that's cheap - or should I say "SULIT"

Tips in grilling their meat:

1. Add pepper and salt to the meat. Mix

2. First put the garlic and the onions to the pan

3. Add the meat and the meat sauce while grilling!
